Terms of sale
1. What you buy. A licence to use one edition of a signal sheet, as described on its page at the time you buy.
2. Who can use it. Anyone employed by your company, for your company’s own sales, marketing and research. You may load it into your own systems and use it for as long as you like. Each signal sheet is sold to at most five buyers of the same type.
3. What you can’t do. Resell, share, publish or give the file or any part of it to anyone outside your company, or use it to build a list, signal sheet or database you sell.
4. Monthly updates. A subscription that sends you the new edition and a list of what changed each month. It renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel any time, and you keep every edition you have received.
5. Accuracy. Each firm was proven open on the date shown in its row. Businesses close, move and change owners, so some details will be out of date by the time you use them. We don’t promise that every value is correct.
6. Refunds. If the file has fewer firms than its page states, or a column is less full than its page states, tell us within 14 days and we refund you in full. Otherwise sales are final, because a file can’t be returned.
7. Your use of the contacts. You are responsible for following Canada’s anti-spam law (CASL) and any other law that applies when you contact the businesses on the signal sheet.
8. Prices and tax. Prices are in Canadian dollars unless you choose US dollars at checkout. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.
9. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia and Canada.
