I’m Maurice Muise, and I build these signal sheets myself.

I've spent 15 years building websites and researching what's actually out there for Canadian businesses. I built CanadaBusinessGrants.com, a database of thousands of Canadian funding programs, and before that I worked in Canadian government program evaluation, checking what programs claimed against what they delivered.

That habit of checking is why FinancingLeads exists. Most business lists are copies of old directories, full of firms that closed years ago. I wanted signal sheets where every firm has a dated record proving it's still open, and where you can see how complete the sheet is before you pay.

Every signal sheet is built from public registries, licence lists and government records, and checked firm by firm. I write about what the data shows, and I'm happy to answer questions about any signal sheet.
