What we collect

When you use a form on this site we keep what you type into it: your email address; on the Free sample form your company name and the signal sheet, province and kind of business you choose; on the Request a signal form the signal, provinces and use you describe; and on the Contact form your name and message. On a signal sheet’s “Notify me” form we also note which sheet you asked about. The form also records your IP address and browser type, to help us spot spam.

What we use it for

To send you what you asked for — a sample, a reply to your request, or one email when a signal sheet goes on sale — and to decide which signals to cover next. We don’t sell or share your details, and we don’t add you to a mailing list you didn’t ask for.

Who else sees it

The forms are stored on our website host. The site’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when the page loads.

Seeing or deleting your details

Ask through the Contact form and we’ll tell you what we hold about you or delete it.

The signal sheets we sell

Our signal sheets hold business information from public sources: public contract, grant and permit records, business registries, licence lists and businesses’ own websites and listings. The How we prove it page explains the sources.
